High Season – Jul/11 to Jul/31 2004
-Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival – no charge.
-Cancellations between 7 days and 30 days prior to arrival – 1 night charge.
-Cancellations less than 7 days to arrival or No Shows – full duration of booking will be charged.


Middle Season – Jun/6 to Jul/10 & Sep/1 to Sep/25 2004
-Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival – No Charge.
