Description This house consists of two flats, next door to each other, situated some 5 km inland from the centre of Rethymnon, in the country village of Xiro Chorio.
These pretty semi-detached apartments each have an 18sqm swimming pool, small garden area, and are surrounded by olive groves. They are 75sqm in size and can each accommodate 4-5 people. Steps lead up to the front door and into the open plan living area, with sofa bed and central air conditioning unit (included in the price). There is also a kitchenette having a full size cooker, fridge/freezer and a marble dining table. Further to this there is a bathroom/WC with washing machine, and two bedrooms (one double and one twin), each with doors to the poolside patio and small garden, which has pretty garden furniture.

In the village there is a traditional kafenion. Shops and tavernas and the nearest beach can be found about 2,5 km away in Rethymnon. Keen walkers may wish to explore the pretty gorge of the old hamlet of Myli.

NotesRATES we show are for up to 4 guests per week in EURO, ARRIVAL TIMES in the accommodation are according the rules of tourism: arrival in the unit from 4.00 PM,departure until 12.00 AM.
